HISTORY
Dr. Alok Sharan is a highly regarded orthopedic spine surgeon who focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery and cervical spine surgery. An early adopter of innovative technology, Dr. Sharan is also the exclusive provider of the Awake Spinal Fusion technique, a minimally invasive procedure that doesn’t require general anesthesia or a lengthy hospital stay.
DIAGNOSIS
Our job was to help Dr. Sharan get the word out about the procedure in order to obtain the best outcomes for more spine patients. We began by developing a brand mark for the procedure, and followed up with designing a microsite that positioned Dr. Sharan and the Awake Spinal Fusion procedure as innovative and life-changing. We combined this with a downloadable eBook to help educate the patient about the details of the procedure, along with its many benefits.
PRESCRIPTION
Our “Reimagining Spine Surgery” approach used warm lifestyle images incorporating our target audience, combined with cool colors, and friendly graphics to create an overall impression of approachable technology.
